Coaching Support for Parents, Pre-Teens & Teens
You don’t need to have a diagnosis, a crisis, or the perfect words to ask for help.
If things are feeling heavy at home — I can help you figure out what’s going on and what to do next.
Whether it’s emotional outbursts, anxiety, school refusal, screen battles, or just that sense of “I’ve lost my child and don’t know how to get them back” — I’ll meet you where you are.
What You Can Expect
My coaching is supportive, non-judgemental, and deeply practical.
Together, we might:
-
Unpick your child’s behaviour and what’s behind it
-
Explore new ways to respond that feel calm and confident
-
Talk through ADHD, anxiety, or emotional regulation challenges
-
Make a plan for school meetings, EHCP support, or communication with professionals
-
Or simply give you a space to feel heard, seen, and less alone in the chaos
How It Works
We start with a one-hour phone session — just you and me, getting clear on what’s going on and what kind of support you need.
From there, we tailor it together. Sessions can be:
-
With you (the parent), your teen or pre-teen, or both
-
On the phone, in person (anywhere in London), or online
-
One-off, occasional, or ongoing — you book as you need
This is coaching — not therapy.
Therapy is brilliant for deep emotional work and exploration. Coaching is more practical: focused on what’s happening right now, what needs to change, and how to move forward.
Everyone gets space to talk and feel heard — but we’re always working toward calm, clarity, and next steps that actually help.
Ready to Talk?
I’ve worked with hundreds of families — in schools, special provisions, pupil referral units, and homes just like yours. Every parent’s story is different, but one thing is always true: it helps to talk to someone who understands.
